With around 600 dairies left in Switzerland, there is almost one in every village. Around the villages at a close distance are the dairy farmers who twice a day deliver the finest, unpasteurized milk. And almost every dairy has its own ‘farm cheese’; it is from this tradition that our farm cheese originates.
