Farmers Raclette

Swiss Farmers raclette is a genuine farmhouse cheese and a specialty. Equally enjoyable melted over premium potatoes, cornichons, and pickled onions, in burgers and lasagna, or on a cheese platter. No additives, just deep flavors and pure enjoyment.

Swiss people often drink a glass of white wine with raclette, preferably a local Fendant, but a dry Riesling or Grûner Veltliner works just as well. As a digestif, they often have a small Kirsch. Order our fantastic Kirsch at Systembolaget:
