Eau de Vie à la Terroir Suisse
The countries in and around the Alps have a strong and vibrant culture around Eau de vie, a natural element in connection with food and celebration. The pure and natural Alpine environment creates a unique character, personality, and distinctiveness, resulting in a strong expression of its terroir.
When we developed our selection, the goal was to convey the entirety of the culinary experience that the Swiss are so famous for. A fondue without Kirsch, After-ski without Williams, or a coffee drink without Pflümli is never quite as good as one hopes for.
In close collaboration with one of the foremost distilleries, we have crafted three varieties that form the cornerstone of Swiss spirits culture. Zum wohl!
Our range
Kirsch comes in as many variations as there are alpine villages, and with 350 different cherry varieties to choose from, no Kirsch is the same as another. Our Kirsch has a fresh and floral taste.
