Williams

You can never go wrong with a Williams. This queen of the Alps – distilled from the finest Williams pears – is an elevating delight after a sunny day on the ski slopes. Pour it over a piece of preserved pear and savor all the joys of winter in a glass. Later in the evening, Williams is delightful as a conclusion to a good dinner, preferably in a stemmed glass that highlights the fruity flavor tones. A more classic digestif is hardly found. Nor is there one that tastes better.

On the label of our artisanally produced Williams, you can see the Eiger mountain (3,970m), feared for its dramatic north face or “Nordwand” as it is also called.
