Pflümli is distilled from the sugar-sweet Löhrplum, giving it an irresistible, mild, and balanced marzipan flavor. Among the culinary Swiss, it is also appreciated as an aperitif and digestif or as an ingredient in a cocktail. The hottest tip for winter after a cold day of skiing is undoubtedly “Schümli-Pflümli” – the king among the warm coffee drinks in the Alps.
On the label of our locally produced Pflümli, you can see the Titlis mountain (3,238m), well-known to skiers in Engelberg.
