Garnish: Crushed dreams (the cookie)

Glass: Highball + ice stick

  • 30 ml strawberry rum with Smith & Cross (300g strawberries per bottle of Smith and Cross, 24 hours maceration is sufficient)
  • 20 ml Pflümli from Terroir Suisse
  • 20 ml Coffee syrup
  • 20 ml Water
  • 10 ml Lemon
  • Float Punch cream

Shake with ice, ice stick in the glass, pour and make a cream float. Garnish with cookie crumbs on the ice stick that “overflows”
