Garnish: Crushed dreams (the cookie)
Glass: Highball + ice stick
- 30 ml strawberry rum with Smith & Cross (300g strawberries per bottle of Smith and Cross, 24 hours maceration is sufficient)
- 20 ml Pflümli from Terroir Suisse
- 20 ml Coffee syrup
- 20 ml Water
- 10 ml Lemon
- Float Punch cream
Shake with ice, ice stick in the glass, pour and make a cream float. Garnish with cookie crumbs on the ice stick that “overflows”
