Pizza with grated Gruyère, crème fraîche, pancetta, lemon & chili.

1 pizza crust 1 dl Crème fraîche 120g Grated Gruyere from Terroir Suisse 100g diced pancetta Chili flakes or chili oil. 1 lemon

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with the fan on. Spread Crème fraîche evenly over the entire pizza crust.
  2. Sprinkle grated Gruyere over the pizza.
  3. Place the diced pancetta on top of the pizza.
  4. Put the pizza in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 6-8 minutes or until the edges reach the desired color.
  5. Rinse the lemon thoroughly.
  6. Once the pizza is baked and ready, remove it from the oven. Grate the lemon zest finely over the pizza and finally, top with the desired amount of chili.
