1 pizza crust 1 dl Crème fraîche 120g Grated Gruyere from Terroir Suisse 100g diced pancetta Chili flakes or chili oil. 1 lemon
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with the fan on. Spread Crème fraîche evenly over the entire pizza crust.
- Sprinkle grated Gruyere over the pizza.
- Place the diced pancetta on top of the pizza.
- Put the pizza in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 6-8 minutes or until the edges reach the desired color.
- Rinse the lemon thoroughly.
- Once the pizza is baked and ready, remove it from the oven. Grate the lemon zest finely over the pizza and finally, top with the desired amount of chili.
