Alp Heuboden

At 1200-2000 meters above sea level, Peter Tschudi-Länzlinger and his family engage in their summer production of Alpine cheese. Alp Heuboden is situated above Ennenda with a wonderful view of Glarus. The Tschudi family and their employees allow their 60 dairy cows to graze freely on summer meadows filled with herbs and grass. The milk is transformed into fantastic Glarner Alpine cheese, matured for an extended period and originating from the summer of 2021.
